When you fill out the consultation form, you share your name, your WhatsApp number, the treatment or area you’re interested in, whether it’s your first visit, your preferred time and whatever you write in the message.

If you tell us something about your health in the form, that data is sensitive. We only use it with your express consent, which you give by checking the box on the form.

What we use it for

To contact you, book your consultation and follow up on your request. We don’t use your data for advertising and we don’t sell it.

Who we share it with

We don’t share your data with third parties, except where the law allows it without your consent. The website is hosted on Lid, which stores the requests on behalf of the doctor.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, cancel it or object to its use (ARCO rights), and you can also withdraw your consent.

Write to dra.vanessahdzc@gmail.com with your name, the right you want to exercise and a way for us to reply. We’ll answer within 20 business days at most.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your request and comply with the law.
